Water damage restoration

Water-related disasters require fast action.

Water is one of the most destructive forces to property, buildings and their inhabitants. The damage becomes even more severe when unsanitary water is involved or when cleanup and drying services are delayed.

Natural disasters, burst pipes and toilet overflows can damage properties within minutes. A fire sprinkler can disperse 30 to 50 gallons of water per minute, and broken pipes can release even more. By the time the water is shut off or the fire department arrives, the damage can spread across multiple floors and critical systems.

Sigma's dispatch center is staffed by knowledgeable Sigma employees, ready to send the appropriate personnel to any emergency site, with state-of-the-art equipment owned and maintained by Sigma. Our teams train weekly on the latest safety protocols and equipment, and we are prepared to handle your project from the initial dry-down phase to the final touches of reconstruction.

Contact Sigma
How long does it take for mold to grow after water damage?

Mold can begin to grow within 24 to 48 hours when materials stay wet, which is why drying should start as soon as possible.

Should I wait for my insurance company before calling a restoration company?

No. Policies generally expect you to protect the property from further damage, so call a restoration company right away and report the loss to your insurance company. Take photos of the damage if it is safe to do so, and check your policy for details.

What equipment do you use to dry a property?

Sigma uses state-of-the-art equipment owned and maintained by Sigma, such as air movers and dehumidifiers.

Can you handle the reconstruction after the water is gone?
