Fire damage restoration

Restored from start to finish.

According to FEMA, a fire can engulf an entire property within just five minutes. The heat and smoke can be even more hazardous than the flames, while secondary damage like smoke and soot can lead to costly repairs.

If you have experienced the devastation of fire damage, Sigma is here to restore your property from start to finish. Every emergency is assigned a dedicated Sigma project manager or superintendent who oversees the entire restoration process.

They coordinate the necessary trade subcontractors to begin restoring your property immediately. Sigma's trade partners and subcontractors are thoroughly screened and required to carry high levels of insurance, certifications and specialized skills, so every job meets the highest Sigma standards.

Contact Sigma
When can I go back into my property after a fire?

Only after the fire department says it is safe to enter. Once it is safe, call us so we can protect the property and plan the restoration.

What is the difference between fire damage and smoke damage?

Fire damage is the physical damage from flames and heat. Smoke and soot spread farther, reach areas the flames never touched and can keep damaging materials if they are left untreated.

Why should I not clean soot myself?

Wiping soot can smear it and push it deeper into surfaces, which makes it harder to remove. It is better to call us so it can be cleaned the right way.

Do you handle the repairs after the cleanup?

Yes. We restore your property from start to finish, including reconstruction.

Do you offer fire restoration at night and on weekends?

Yes. Our dispatch center is staffed 24/7 by Sigma employees. Call any hour and we will tell you how soon we can be on site.
