Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SIGMA ("Sigma," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit sigmaisolution.com (the "Site"), contact us through the Site, call us, or apply to work with us. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the Contact Sigma form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property, the reason for your request, whether it is an emergency, how you heard about us, your preferred language and the details of your request. When you use the job application form, we ask for your name, phone number and trade. If you email or call us, we receive the information you share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, the links you click (including clicks on our phone number), the date and time of your visit and the page that referred you. This information is collected with cookies and similar technologies.
Information from others. If an insurance company, property manager or another referral source contacts us on your behalf, we may receive the information they send us to begin the work.
How we use information
- To answer your request, send the right team to your property and prepare estimates.
- To carry out and manage the work you ask for, including scheduling, coordinating trade partners and invoicing.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to measure how our advertising performs.
- To send you information and offers, if you chose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with the law and to protect our customers, our crews and our rights.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- With service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, email, analytics and advertising services. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- With subcontractors and trade partners, when they need it to carry out your project.
- With insurance companies, adjusters, property managers or other parties, when you ask us to or when it is needed to carry out your request.
- With authorities, courts and others, when the law requires it or to protect safety and rights.
- With a buyer or successor, if Sigma is involved in a sale, merger or reorganization.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, to understand how it is used and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as well if you do. You can also manage the ads Google shows you at adssettings.google.com. Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" signals, the Site does not respond to them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing messages, or use the unsubscribe link in any message. To make a request, contact us using the details at the end of this Policy. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request that we delete or correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to be treated equally if you use these rights. We do not sell personal information. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy, including to complete your project and to meet legal, tax, insurance and safety requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We accept job applications only from adults. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites and social networks, such as Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
Where information is processed
